This includes Diversity of Thought, Culture, Experience, Language, and beyond. Too often, we see the dialogue around Diversity siloed in qualitative measurements and observations. Our approach is to embrace these qualitative attributes through a quantitative lens. We build data around our Diversity Dimensions and use these foundations from which to not only assess our programs but also instill this mindset in our case studies!
